1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex . Zari Banaras does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
2. International Shipping is FREE for orders above $149. For Lesser Value orders Shipping charges are automatically added at the time of checkout.
3. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
4. Made on Order products usually takes 25-30 business days to dispatch. We dispatch orders only when all the products in the order are ready.
5. Zari Banaras tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances.
6. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
7. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these is very necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
8. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
